Holidays provide opportunity for celebration, gift-giving, reflection, tradition, relationship and spiritual renewal, and relaxation. The key to success in avoiding ‘Holiday Blues’ or ‘Vacation Stress’ is to recognize those activities that energize, motivate, and please us, and to delete or change those activities that irritate, disappoint, and anger us.

This is a great workshop to offer in October - before Thanksgiving and the Christmas season, and before summer vacation gets into full swing. This lively workshop helps participants to identify their top sources of holiday/vacation stress and aids them in developing practical coping strategies based on the S-O-S PrincipleTM.
