Workshop Formats

Short on Time? - Try a Lunch ‘n’ Learn.  Many companies opt for this 60 to 90 minute format when it is difficult to gather everyone together.

Also available - Regenerative half-day team sessions, full-day focused retreats, and conference presentations.

Interaction - Workshop presentations are fully interactive use a combination of personal assessment tools, computerized presentations, videos, personal stories, and group learning.  Workshops include bound resource manuals for each participant.

Size - Workshops can be delivered to groups from 10 to 500.

Equipment - LCD projector, TV/VCR or VCR hooked into LCD, flipchart and paper, small table at the front of the room for computer and notes, table at the back or side of the room for 'toys' and wellness display items.

Set-up - Comfort is the most important aspect of the set-up.  Some workshops require more space for participants - so please discuss with Beverly the best set-up for your team.
