The way in which we work can cause exhaustion and contribute to job stress. This lively workshop demonstrates valuable stress busting techniques that can utilize and nurture our energy, restore focus and help to prevent injury and illness.
OUTLINE:
In this active and upbeat workshop participants will practice various types of deskercises, breathing techniques, and other stress busters that can be easily performed throughout their day. They will recognize the stress symptoms and find stress management strategies that can reduce their stress and harness their energy. Discussions will focus on the obstacles that prevent us from implementing these stress buster strategies.

Understand the different types of stress busters that can be performed in the workplace

Recognize your energy cycle, avoid the afternoon slump and work with your body's natural rhythms instead of against them
