Life places many demands on our time and energy and balance can feel like an unrealistic dream. Balance is not a static condition that you can possess and preserve. It is an activity that you continually engage in as you make corrections throughout your life. Balance becomes the harmonious integration of all aspects of your life.
OUTLINE:
This interactive and reflective work life balance workshop examines the results of a lack of balance in one's life, as well as suggestions for living a balanced life based on the S-O-S PrincipleTM. Beverly's inspiring presentation and video will provide you with an opportunity to focus your goals, examine your life to bring it into balance using activity management strategies and will give you tips to increase and conserve your energy in order to design the life you wish to lead.
